Shadab Khan joins level II coaching course at NCA

PT Electronic Credibility Entertainment Links Shadab Khan along with Yasir Shah and Umaid Asif during level II coaching course at the NCA on January 14, 2025. - PCBLAHORE: Eight prominent Pakistan internationals, including both men and women cricketers, are among the 30 participants in the Level II Coaching course that began today at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Lahore. The six-day course will run until Sunday, January 19, 2025. The participants include Pakistan Test cricketers Azhar Ali (97 Tests, 53 ODIs), Bilawal Bhatti (two Tests, 10 ODIs, 9 T20Is), Naved Latif (one Test, 11 ODIs), Shadab Khan (six Tests, 70 ODIs, 104 T20Is), Wahab Riaz (27 Tests, 91 ODIs, 36 T20Is) and Yasir Shah (48 Tests, 25 ODIs, 2 T20Is). Additionally, Asad Ali (four ODIs, two T20Is) and former Pakistan Women’s captain Bismah Maroof (136 ODIs, 140 T20Is) are also part of the course.The Level II Coaching course will focus on advanced coaching techniques, including power hitting, modern tactical and technical skills and game strategy. Participants will also improve their communication skills and explore mental and physical conditioning practices to enhance player performance.The course is being conducted by former Test cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq and international cricketer Dr. Imran Abbas, along with NCA coaches Abdul Majeed, Iftikhar Ahmed, Mauhtashim Rashid, Rahat Abbas Asadi and Saboor Ahmed.Upon completion of the course, participants will have three months to submit their assignments.
